Returns and Refunds

We unfortunately do not allow returns or refunds, unless the item is faulty by our doing. The item cannot have been worn and must be clean. You will also need to let us know within 2 weeks of purchase and provide proof of purchase. 
If you have received a faulty item, you have the choice of an exchange or online/store credit. 


Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange your item for another item or a different size you will need to let us know or visit our space in Noordhoek within 2 weeks of your purchase. The item cannot have been worn and you will need to provide proof of purchase.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2 Periwinkle Place, Kommetjie , House, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7976, South Africa 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or you will need to collect the new item from Kommetjie. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
