Returns and Refunds
We unfortunately do not allow returns or refunds, unless the item is faulty due to our doing. If the item is faulty, it must be returned to us in a state that is unworn and clean. You will also need to let us know within 1 week of purchase and provide proof of purchase.
If you have received a faulty item, you are entitled to an exchange or refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another item or a different size, you will need to let us know or visit our space in Noordhoek within 2 weeks of your purchase. The item cannot have been worn, and you will need to provide proof of purchase.
Shipping for exchanges
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop SugarTongTong, Noordhoek Garden Emporium, Katzenellenbogen St, Noordhoek, Cape Town, 7979
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or you will need to collect the new item from Kommetjie. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
